"Favorite Animal" Best Wishes

Hi Everyone,

Alrighty then, it's time to move along to our Challenge at Simply Create.  Our theme for the next two weeks is your "Favorite Animal".  What could be better than this gorgeous Delicious Doodles Pegasus digi from Stitchy Bear Digital Stamp Store.  Sheesh what a mouth full that was...lol

I have always loved horses, if only they had heavenly wings and could truly fly...How wonderful that would be right?  ..yikes, time to get back to reality lol.

I had loads of fun making my card,  as usual I used all my favorite crafting goodies and tools. Don't ask me how,  but I almost broke my cuttlebug!!!!  My cardboard was a tad too thick.  I always use some with my dies to protect my plates.  Guess I better be more careful and pay attention to my crafting...

I love the way my card turned out, it will make a wonderful Birthday card for someone special..The digi comes shaded so coloring with my Copics was really easy.  DDH had some great digi papers that I downloaded for free.  I don't have a lot of black and white papers so this was great!

I am entering my card into the following challenges:

I used the cereal box cardboard cutout for my swirl...lol  Just turned it around, embossed, distressed and inked it.

Come and play with us at Simply Create it's loads of fun!

Hope to see you there!

Wow, I can hardly believe my newest grand daughter is one month old already! OMGosh how time is flying by. The little cutie has finally got some meat on her little bones...lol Just look at those cheeks... Yeah we had the air conditioning going so we had her bundled up.....her mommies orders...lmbo

"For Mom"

Hi Everyone!

I started this cute little wall hanging at our last crop.  Brought my bind it all to this one too.  Haha, 2 years and only used once before.  I picked the papers with my mother in mind.  She loves shades of purple and the butterflies are so cute.  This will be added to her Birthday Stash.  Thanks Gail for providing this awesome paper!

I love the sentiment that I used, perfect for my mom.  What a great Goodwill find that was!  Used several of my favorite MS Punches, from my long lost stash, wooden and silk butterflies from the Dollar Store and a few pearls.   I decided to keep the design simple with minimal embellishments, I really want the sentiment to be the focal point.

Love the sentiment and my MS Butterfly punches!

Hanging on my wall for safe keeping...lol

Hi Everyone,

It's Sunday, that means time for our new challenge at One Stitch At A Time. The theme this week is another fun one.  Just create something that has a flower on it.  Pretty easy right?

This week I got to use "Miss Abby Dress Up" a Kelley Kid's digi. You can find her and a boatload of gorgeous digis over at Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps.

I made this mini album at our July craft group.    Thanks Gail for showing me how to use my "Bind it All".  That's right, my bind it all has been sitting on one of my shelves for almost 2 years!  Crazy right.

Anyway this cute little creation will be a gift for someone special....can't say who..they may be reading this...yikes..

Along with my dusted off Bind it all I also  used my Copics, some fibers, bling and my new Stampenoudous sentiment stamp and of course the Cuttlebug and embossing folders.

Here Come's Santa Claus Mini Album

Hi Everyone,

I made this fast and easy Christmas Album for my DT project for Simply Create.  Have you guessed, our theme is "Christmas in July".

I have had a pink "Bind it All" for almost 2 years and finally learned how to use it...lol   Thanks Lorraine and Gail for showing me how easy it is to use.

Anywhoo I made this for myself.  I plan on filling it with Christmas pics of the grandkids.  It's sturdy enough to survive the inside of  my purse and not too heavy.  Perfect right??  I think so.

I had fun making it.  Kept it plain and simple.  I will add embellishments to  the pages as I add the pictures.  I used a Dollar Stamp and Wally World Santa Stickers.   My DP is from last year, even the chipboard is old.  Heck the whole project came from hidden stash.

Oops almost forgot to add the fibers...lol

I am entering my little Christmas mini into the following challenges:
Hope to see you there!

"Thank you" OSAAT DT Card

Happy 4th of July Weekend!

Well for those of us who celebrate it...lol  Not only is it the big weekend for those of us in the US, it's also my Wedding Anniversary.   My oh my how time flies.  It seems like yesterday that I myself was just a bride.

Well it's been a bajillion years, 6 grand children and well a friggin eternity of marriage...lmbo...I really do think I should get some time off for good behavior...well maybe not...  Anywho I am away for the weekend and blogger hopefully posted this for me.

Our theme this week at One Stitch At A Time is really an easy one "Use a Digi".  I got to use one of Glitterbabes digis called "Always a Bridesmaid".   It kinda reminds of the movie "27 Dresses".

I really like how my card turned out.  I cut off the bow (sorry Stef) and added a real one to the back of the dress and replaced the 3 flowers with 1 real one.  I love the combo of pink and brown.  Cuttlebugged the heck out of all the cardstock.  Sometimes I just love the simplicity of no DP.

I am not sure who will get this card yet.  I am sure it will find a home.  I will be entering this into the following challenges:
Hope you all will join in this weeks fun and super easy challenge.  Our random winner will get a Gift Voucher from One Stop Card Crafts.  See you there!

This is the mega Wedding set that I made.    It is also my project for Simply Create.  Our theme this time around is "Silhouettes".  Hope to see you all join in the fun!

I went a little crazy and made an entire set....Naturally I my digis came from Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps and from non other than her Stitchyness...lol  You can find all these silhouettes at the store.

I took apart one of the Autograph Mats and inserted the Bride & Groom onto some Scalloped Nesties and Embossed paper.  Made some treat pails for the tables and for the Bridesmaids & Grooms.

I made place cards, tiny photo frames and of course a cardIt will be featured in July's SBDS ad in Papercraft Essentials Magazine.

I also made some Coasters.  I am entering my set into the following challenges:
