You're the Bestest!,,Emily

Hi Everyone!

Yikes, it's another quickie post for me!  Once again I find myself posting after midnight.  I made this card for a little girl named Emily.  You can find out all about her on Dustin Pikes Blog or her Aunt's blog.

Dustin Pike is hosting a wonderful card drive for this very special brave little girl.  A big thanks Dustin for making these special digis to use!!!  I made a waterfall card so that I could incorporate 4 of these cute digis on one card.  I could have made the card bigger to use all 5 digis in the set.  I kept it a standard A2 card so I can easily mail it.

I love the way it turned out and I hope that Emily will like it!  You can find a great Waterfall Card tutorial video on Youtube here.    Thanks Dawn for sharing!

Hi Everyone!

Just have to share this cutie patootie Birthday Card that I made for my oldest grandson Kaden.  Can hardly believe that he's gonna be 7!  Gonna be a short post, it's already tomorrow and way past my bedtime...lol

Of course I used all my fave tools and all my supplies from my stash, even the bakers twine!  The image is new and is one of Krista's called "Force".  You can get him over at Krista's Etsy shop the Saturated Canary.

I love to make little boy cards.   Kaden loves to make cards with his Nana too, and I am sure he will be wanting to make a card with the "Force" too.  I am sure he will love it!

For You, Rain or Shine

Hi Everyone!

It's time for our midway reminder at Simply Create Too.  Our theme is "It's Spring?"  I used one of Krista's gorgeous digis called "Let it Rain".  You can find her at the Saturated Canary Etsy Store.

I tried several new things.  I added some cheesecloth...umn  think  I need to get some better quality stuff.  Does every one's fall apart or just the cheap stuff I got?  Let my ribbon hang off the base and colored my image with  Prisma pencils.  Not sure about any of them.

Playing around or not, my card has a great home to go to.  I am sure my friend will love it.  I will be entering my card into the following challenges:

I always finish the inside of my cards.  I can share this one.  I love this rubber sentiment stamp that I picked up at a garage sale.  Everything except the digi came from my stash.  I used some of my fave tools to create my card, my Grand Calibur, Cuttlebug, some Nesties and embossing folders.

Hope to see you all join in the fun at Simply Create Too!

St Paddy's Day Treats

Hi Everyone,

Just a quickie post...  Have to share these cute little Two Pocket Treat Holders that I made for St Patrick's Day.  I just love how easy these are to make.  You can find the directions and a great video on Angie's blog.

I did make them the smaller size, and added an eyelet for strength. I used the super cute AJ & Audrey St Patrick's Day digis from the Stamping Boutique and Lizbit from SBDS.

This is just one batch...lol  They will be going to both my friends, family and of course my clients.  I colored them all with my Prisma pencils.  Can you tell that the images are less about 1 inch tall, no way to stay in those lines with my Copics... not that I can ever stay in the lines..

I still got to use some of  my fave tools, Cuttlebug, embossing folder, crop-a-dile, circle and scallop punches.

They will all be yummylicious once all the chocolate coins are added to them..

I will be entering them into the following challenges:

Don't forget to enter my candy, it end at midnight on March 16th.   Can't wait to see who won!!!  Thanks for stopping by, bunches of hugs
