Celebration Blog Candy!

Hat Box, "Bling it On!" OSAAT #63

I will do the rest of my post later today..lol   Ok, it's later today, and I am ready for a nap...just got back from Baseball and a picnic...yikes...I am ready for a nap so this is gonna be really short and sweet...

Happy Wedding Day, Challenge #44 Simply Create

Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone is ready for the start of another wonderful weekend!  Can't wait to enjoy some much needed gorgeous weather...yahoo!!!! 

Alrighty then, it's Friday and time for a new challenge at Simply Create.  Our challenge for the next 2 weeks is to create something to celebrate a "Special Day"  One of my clients is getting married next week.  Perfect timing right?  You betcha... 

She is a having a very simple Wedding and I decided to make my card very simple too.  I really liked this "Lolita" digi image of Stitchy's from Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps.   I really do think she will love it.  I am not sure I am totally happy with it, seems a little bland...lol  I may have to use my Undo and run the base thru the cuttlebug and emboss it!  We all know how I love to cuttlebug everything...lol  In fact I will most definitely emboss it!

"Anything Goes" at OSAAT

Hi everyone!  Yep it's Sunday again and time for our next challenge over at OSAAT.  It's another fun one, did you guess??   Well it's super easy too..."Anything Goes".

Happy Mother's Day, OSAAT Challenge #61

Happy Mother's Day!  Boy, it's hard to believe that it is Mother's Day and that another Sunday is upon us.   OMGosh this year is truly flying by.   

Well another Sunday means that it's time for our new Challenge at OSAAT.  Our theme this week is "Fancy Folds".  I made a double whammy, an easel card with a fancy folded fan...lol.  I absolutely love how it turned out. 

I used Stitchy's digis called "China Doll" and her digi papers "Oriental Beauty".   Thanks for the awesome suggestion Stitch!  Her stamps are on sale too at Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps!  Of course this cutie is going to my Mom for Mothers Day.

I embossed, and paper pieced her Kimono and fan.  I am entering her into the following challenges:

"Mom Saying"

Hi everyone, I made this cute little wooden mini wall hanging for my daughter.  She's a wonderful "Mommy" and about to deliver our number 6 grandchild!  It's her 4th.  I used Stitchy's "Ready" digi.  Let me tell you, my daughter is way ready to have this baby!  Can hardly wait, it will be a surprise, boy or girl????

My little creation is also the perfect DT project for Challenge #43 this week at Simply Create, how awesome is that.  Hope you all will join in, the theme is "Mom Saying".

"Bad to the Bone"

Hi all, it's May 1st and time for a new challenge at OSAAT.  Our theme this week is a fun one, "Emboss It!".  It can be wet or dry maybe even both.  This weeks winner will get 5 Promarkers from Creative Craft World.
