Did someone say presents?

Yahoo, it's on to Holiday projects!  This is the first of many holiday cards.  Guess I will be as busy as any Elf.  I have been trying new coloring techniques with my Copic's.  I added polka dots to the box with my colorless blender.  Tried several other blending techniques with my blender.  Practice hopefully will make perfect.

I absolutely love my little Ribbon Girl stamp from Gurlee Girl Stamps.  She is just gorgeous and a pleasure to color.  As hard as I try I am still having issues with adding flower embelishments.  There were more on my card until I took them off.  It just looked like too much.  Next time I will leave them on.  I may have a problem under embellishing just like I do with under seasoning when I cook.  Guess that's why DH does all the cooking...LMAO

I entered her into the following challenges:
Oops lost pic of the inside!  Here's what I used to create my card:
  • Ribbon Girl from Gurlee Girl Stamps
  • Hero Arts Did someone say presents? stamp
  • Cuttlebug, Christmas Embossing Folders & Nesties
  • Copic Marker's
  • Sakura Pens
  • Red Rhinestones
  • Purple & Pink Stickles
  • Prima Flowers
  • Brads
  • Funky Scissors
  • Ink & Sponge
  • DCWV DP & Cardstock
  • Pop Dots
Thanks for looking...

So all I have to do to get my husband to cook is underseason everything???? I will try this magical bit of advise in hopes to get him to do SOMETHING around here, lol!! Your card is lovely, frankly, you didn't need any more embellishments, it's gorgeous just like that with that super sweet image and gorgeously pretty colour combo!! Thanks so much for joining us at CLP monthly sketches!!
hugs, stephanne
